Fee & Payment
ADMISSION FEE ( ADJUSTABLE ) Admission Fee is payable after the student passes the assessment test conducted by the school and the school confirms that the student is allowed to be admitted in the grade eligible as per KHDA guidelines. Admission fee is to be paid once for confirmation of admission and reserve the seat for the student.
OTHER FEE Other fee consists of Note Books, Exercise Books, Activity Books, Medical Expenses, Library Fee, Lab Fee, Student ID/Printing Material, Renaissance Reading, STEAM Hour Activities, IBT Test, Class photograph, Year book & Digital Educational Subscriptions etc. It has to be along with the first installment of the tuition fees.
TUITION FEE Tuition fee is calculated and paid on Term basis for the entire year (Sep-Jun) through post dated cheques in the favour of “The City School International Pvt” as per the dates mentioned above. All cheques will be deposited on or before the due date. The School has a strict payment policy that satisfies and ensures the most conducive mechanism for both the parents and school. The policy is as follows:
Fee is payable in Advance for the year through post -dated cheques.
- Parents bear total responsibility for payment of fees in full and on time.
- Accepted modes of fee payment will be either:
- Cheque from Valid Account;
- Online Payment Gateway (SKIPLY APP -RAK), by using Credit & Debit Card / Auto Debit Authorization. (Bank has facility charge of AED 10 & will invoiced to Parent Account & is entirely at the discretion of parent).
- The School will not hold cheques for any reason.
- The School will not accept responsibility for any returned cheque. Cheques will be presented on given dates;
- In case the cheque is retrieved by the parent for ANY REASON, it will be released only upon Approval of Principal & AED 50 Service Charge will be Invoiced to the Student Account;
- Parents must inform the Accounts Office one week in advance of collection of the cheque.
- In the event that the cheque(s) are not received by the due date, the school may, at its discretion, suspend the Student’s attendance at the School and take such action as is deemed necessary as per the prevailing rules and regulations of KHDA.
- In case a cheque is returned by the bank for ANY REASON, AED 500/- will be charged and will be invoiced to the parent by Accountant & it will be mandatory to settle the Account before claiming year end results;
- The school reserves the right to take necessary legal actions in accordance with regulations & KHDA rules, in case a cheque is returned and the guardians/parents refuses to honour the same at any later stage.
